Can I book and communicate with the Runner in English?
Yes. Many of our Runners in Malmö speak both Swedish and English, making it easy whichever language you're most comfortable with. Feel free to write your request in whichever language suits you best.
Do you cover the surrounding municipalities, or only central Malmö?
We cover all of Malmö and the surrounding area, not just the city centre. State your address in your request and you'll be matched with a Runner who can come to you, whether you live centrally or in one of the surrounding municipalities.
Can I get quick help before a move-out inspection or when leaving a rental?

How quickly can I get help booked in Malmö?
Often very quickly. You describe the job in your request and can get bids from available Runners shortly, with no hassle or unnecessary steps.
Does the RUT or ROT deduction apply to handyman services in Malmö?
It depends on the service, not on where in the country you live. Simpler jobs such as hanging and drilling or assembling furniture are RUT-eligible, with a 50% deduction. Renovation and installation work, such as electrical work, kitchen renovation and facade renovation, is ROT-eligible, with a 30% deduction, meaning you pay 70% of the labour cost.
Is the job insured?

Can I cancel if I change my mind?
Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the job is due to be carried out. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, a fee applies. If the job is booked for the same day, it unfortunately can't be cancelled. If you've hired a Runner but no longer want the help, it's your responsibility to cancel. If we don't hear from you in the chat, a cancellation fee of 199 kronor may apply.
