It depends entirely on which service is involved. Removal help between homes you live in is RUT-eligible. Carrying help can be too, if it happens as part of such a move. Transport of rubbish to the recycling centre and one-off transport jobs, such as picking up a purchase from another private individual, are not normally RUT-eligible. Describe the job in your request, and we'll help you work out what applies before you book.

Yes, you don't have to book the whole move at once. If you've already arranged transport but need help carrying things, or the other way round, you can book just the part you need.

Often very quickly — you can usually get bids from available Runners within a few minutes, depending on where you live and what the job involves.

The price depends entirely on which service and job is involved — for example distance, scope and how long it takes. Send a request and describe the job, and you'll get bids from Runners who can help you.

Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the job is due to take place. Cancelling or rebooking within 24 hours incurs a fee. If the job is booked and due to take place the same day, unfortunately it can't be cancelled. If you've hired a Runner but no longer want the help, it's your responsibility to cancel. If we don't hear from you in the chat, a cancellation fee of 199 kronor may apply.
