What counts as transport and moving at TaskRunner?
Everything from transporting a single item to a full move between homes, for example A to B, moving help, carrying help and taking rubbish to the recycling centre. Describe the job in your request, and you'll be matched with a Runner who has the right equipment.
Does the RUT deduction apply to transport and moving?
It depends entirely on which service is involved. Moving help between homes you live in is RUT-eligible. Carrying help can be too, if it happens as part of such a move. Transport of rubbish to the recycling centre and one-off transport jobs, such as picking up a purchase from another private individual, are not normally RUT-eligible. Describe the job in your request, and we'll help you work out what applies before you book.
Can I book just part of the move, for example only carrying help?
Yes, you don't have to book the whole move at once. If you've already arranged transport but need help carrying things, or the other way round, you can book just the part you need.
How quickly can I get help?
Often very quickly, you can usually get bids from available Runners within a few minutes, depending on where you live and what the job involves.
What affects the price for transport and moving?
The price depends entirely on which service and job is involved, for example distance, scope and how long it takes. Send a request and describe the job, and you'll get bids from Runners who can help you.
Is the job insured?
Yes, every job carried out through TaskRunner is insured through If. You can read more about what the insurance covers on our insurance page.
Can I cancel if I change my mind?
Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the job is due to take place. Cancelling or rebooking within 24 hours incurs a fee. If the job is booked and due to take place the same day, unfortunately it can't be cancelled. If you've hired a Runner but no longer want the help, it's your responsibility to cancel. If we don't hear from you in the chat, a cancellation fee of 199 kronor may apply.
