Can the Runner handle moves from flats with no lift?

Yes, that's common in many of Stockholm's older buildings. Mention in your request how many flights of stairs are involved and whether there's a lift, so the Runner knows what to expect and can plan the time accordingly.

Is it a problem to drive in central Stockholm with the congestion tax?

No, our Runners are used to it and plan it into their time. The congestion tax isn't included in the price for the work itself, but it can be raised as a separate cost if it's relevant to your job.

Does the RUT deduction apply to transport and removals in Stockholm?

It depends on which service is involved, not on where in the country you live. Removal help between homes you live in is RUT-eligible, and carrying help can be too if it happens as part of such a move. Transport of rubbish to the recycling centre and one-off transport jobs, however, are not normally RUT-eligible.

What affects the price for transport and removals in Stockholm?

The price depends on which service is involved — for example distance, the number of flights of stairs, how much needs to be moved and how long the job takes. Send a request and describe the job, and you'll get bids from local Runners.

Can I cancel if I change my mind?

Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the job is due to take place. Cancelling or rebooking within 24 hours incurs a fee. If the job is booked and due to take place the same day, unfortunately it can't be cancelled. If you've hired a Runner but no longer want the help, it's your responsibility to cancel. If we don't hear from you in the chat, a cancellation fee of 199 kronor may apply.
