What's included in carrying help?
Your Runner helps you carry heavy items, such as sofas, appliances, tables and moving boxes, to wherever you need them. This can be as part of a move, a furniture purchase, or simply when you need an extra pair of hands to avoid straining your back.
What affects the price of carrying help?
The price depends partly on how heavy and how many the items are, how far they need to be carried, whether there's a lift, and how long the job is expected to take. Sometimes more than one person is needed to carry out the job safely.
Can I add more items to carry during the visit?
Yes, that's fine. If you think of something extra that needs carrying once the Runner is already on site, you can agree on the task and the price directly in the chat before the extra work begins.
Do I need to be home during the carrying help?
It helps if you or someone else is available to show where things should go and answer questions, but it's not an absolute requirement if you've agreed on the details in advance.
Is the job insured?

Can I cancel if I change my mind?
