Thick plastered walls and old concrete or brick walls, common in areas like Vasastan and Södermalm, can disrupt the signal more than newer materials. Your Runner can help with better router placement or a mesh network to fix it.

Yes, many of our Runners are available evenings and weekends, which suits well if weekdays are fully booked. State your preferred time in your request.

What does tech help cost in Stockholm?

There are two ways to book. Send a request and you get bids from local Runners based on the size of the job. Prefer a fixed price? You can also book through TechBuddy at 499 kr per hour after the RUT deduction.

Does the RUT deduction apply to tech help in Stockholm?

Accepted Answer

Yes, tech help through TaskRunner is RUT-eligible. This means you only pay 50% of the labour cost yourself. The deduction is applied directly on the invoice.

Can I cancel if I change my mind?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the job is due to be carried out. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a fee. If the job is booked for the same day, it unfortunately can't be cancelled. If you've hired a Runner but no longer want the help, it's your responsibility to cancel. If we don't hear from you in the chat, a cancellation fee of 199 kr may apply.
