Does living in a landshövdingehus affect the WiFi signal?
Yes, wood on the upper floors and stone or brick on the ground floor can give different signal strength in different parts of the building. Mention which floor you live on in your request, so the Runner knows what to expect.
Do I need to know a lot about tech myself?
No. Just describe what's not working in your request, and the Runner takes it from there.
What does tech help cost in Göteborg?
There are two ways to book. Send a request and you get bids from local Runners based on the size of the job. Prefer a fixed price? You can also book through TechBuddy at 499 kr per hour after the RUT deduction.
Does the RUT deduction apply to tech help in Göteborg?
Yes, tech help through TaskRunner is RUT-eligible. This means you only pay 50% of the labour cost yourself. The deduction is applied directly on the invoice.
Is the job insured?
Yes, every job carried out through TaskRunner is insured through If. You can read more about what the insurance covers on our insurance page.
Can I cancel if I change my mind?
Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the job is due to be carried out. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a fee. If the job is booked for the same day, it unfortunately can't be cancelled. If you've hired a Runner but no longer want the help, it's your responsibility to cancel. If we don't hear from you in the chat, a cancellation fee of 199 kr may apply.
