What's included in help with TV and media?

Your Runner helps you install and troubleshoot TVs, streaming boxes, games consoles and other peripherals, so everything is connected and working as it should.

What's usually involved in installing a streaming box or TV box?

Your Runner follows the instructions for your particular product, but it usually involves placing the box by the TV, connecting the power, connecting it to the TV via HDMI and plugging in the network cable. Everything is then tested to make sure it works before the job is done.

Can the Runner also mount the TV on the wall?

Yes, alongside installation and troubleshooting, your Runner can also help with wall-mounting the TV if you need it. Describe in your request that you want both done, and it will be planned into the same visit.

What affects the price of help with TV and media?

The price depends partly on the type of TV and media involved and how much extra help the installation requires. Send a request and describe the job, and you'll get bids from Runners who can help you.

Does the RUT deduction apply to help with TV and media?

Yes, help with TV and media through TaskRunner is RUT-eligible. This means you only pay 50% of the labour cost yourself. The deduction is applied directly on the invoice.

Is the job insured?

Can I cancel if I change my mind?

Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the job is due to be carried out. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a fee. If the job is booked for the same day, it unfortunately can't be cancelled. If you've hired a Runner but no longer want the help, it's your responsibility to cancel. If we don't hear from you in the chat, a cancellation fee of 199 kr may apply.
