What's included in planting help?
Your Runner plants flowers, bushes or smaller trees at the correct depth and spacing, taking soil and location into account, for the best chance of growing well.
Why do depth and spacing matter when planting?
If something is planted too deep, too shallow or too close together, it can affect how well it grows and survives. Your Runner has experience with what suits different plants and adjusts the planting accordingly.
Do I need my own tools and soil?
Your Runner brings tools for the most common jobs, but if you need any special equipment, it's good to mention that in your request. You'll usually need to have new soil or specific plants on site yourself, unless otherwise agreed.
Can the Runner help with larger planting projects?
Yes, you can create a job for larger projects too. If the work needs to go faster, it's possible to hire several Runners at once, so describe the scope in your request.
What affects the price of planting?
The price depends partly on how large the area is, how many plants need planting and whether special equipment is required. Send a request and describe the job, and you'll get bids from Runners who can help you.
Does the RUT deduction apply to planting?
No. The Swedish Tax Agency does not count planting or replanting of flowers, plants and trees as RUT-eligible work — not even when they replace something that was removed. Other garden help, however, is RUT-eligible, such as lawn mowing, hedge trimming and tree pruning.
Is the job insured?
Yes, every job carried out through TaskRunner is insured through If. You can read more about what the insurance covers on our insurance page.
Can I cancel if I change my mind?
Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the job is due to be carried out. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a fee. If the job is booked for the same day, it unfortunately can't be cancelled. If you've hired a Runner but no longer want the help, it's your responsibility to cancel. If we don't hear from you in the chat, a cancellation fee of 199 kr may apply.
