The more detail you give about the job, the easier it is to match you with a Runner who has the right skills. Feel free to add photos and state roughly how big the job is, so the Runner knows what to expect.

The price depends entirely on what the job involves, for example scope, what equipment is needed and how long it's expected to take. Send a request and describe the job, and you'll get bids from Runners who can help you.

Yes, every job carried out through TaskRunner is insured through If. You can read more about what the insurance covers on our insurance page.

Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the job is due to be carried out. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a fee. If the job is booked for the same day, it unfortunately can't be cancelled. If you've hired a Runner but no longer want the help, it's your responsibility to cancel. If we don't hear from you in the chat, a cancellation fee of 199 kr may apply.
