What's included in weeding?
Your Runner clears weeds from flower beds, paths and paving, by hand or with suitable tools, so your garden looks neat.
Why do weeds come back so quickly?
Weeds that are just cut down or pulled up above the root often grow back within a short time. Your Runner gets to the root of the problem, quite literally, for a more lasting result than a quick surface clear.
How often does weeding need to be done?
It depends on how fast weeds grow in your garden, but during spring, summer and autumn it's common to need help at regular intervals. If you want a recurring service, you can book the same Runner again next time.
Do I need my own tools?
Your Runner usually brings what's needed for the job. If your garden requires special equipment, it's good to mention that in your request.
What affects the price of weeding?
The price depends partly on how large the area is, how densely the weeds are growing and what type of weed is involved. Send a request and describe the job, and you'll get bids from Runners who can help you.
Does the RUT deduction apply to weeding?
Yes, weeding through TaskRunner qualifies for the RUT deduction. This means you pay only 50% of the labour cost yourself. The deduction is applied directly on the invoice.
Is the job insured?
Yes, every job carried out through TaskRunner is insured through If. You can read more about what the insurance covers on our insurance page.
Can I cancel if I change my mind?
Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the job is due to be carried out. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a fee. If the job is booked for the same day, it unfortunately can't be cancelled. If you've hired a Runner but no longer want the help, it's your responsibility to cancel. If we don't hear from you in the chat, a cancellation fee of 199 kr may apply.
