What's included in lawn mowing?
Your Runner mows the lawn to the height you want and does edge-trimming for a tidy result. Suits both a one-off job and a recurring service during the growing season.
Do I need to have my own lawnmower?
It helps if you have a lawnmower on site, but it's not a requirement. Describe in your request whether you have your own equipment or if your Runner needs to bring one, so the Runner knows what to expect.
Can I book the same Runner every time?
Yes, if you think a Runner did a good job, you can send a new request directly to the same person next time the lawn needs mowing.
What affects the price of lawn mowing?
The price depends partly on how large the area is, how overgrown the lawn is, whether there are hard-to-reach areas, and whether you have your own lawnmower. Send a request and describe the job, and you'll get bids from Runners who can help you.
Does the RUT deduction apply to lawn mowing?
Yes, lawn mowing through TaskRunner qualifies for the RUT deduction. This means you pay only 50% of the labour cost yourself. The deduction is applied directly on the invoice.
Is the job insured?
Yes, every job carried out through TaskRunner is insured through If. You can read more about what the insurance covers on our insurance page.
Can I cancel if I change my mind?
Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the job is due to be carried out. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a fee. If the job is booked for the same day, it unfortunately can't be cancelled. If you've hired a Runner but no longer want the help, it's your responsibility to cancel. If we don't hear from you in the chat, a cancellation fee of 199 kr may apply.
