What's included in the watering service?
Your Runner helps you with everything from occasional watering of plants and lawns to installing irrigation systems and drip hoses for more automated care. This covers flower beds, gardens and indoor plants.
Can I book watering while I'm away?
Yes, that's one of the most common reasons to book this service. Describe how often the plants need watering and over what period, and your Runner can take care of it while you're away.
Can the Runner set up an automatic irrigation system?
Yes, your Runner can install irrigation systems and drip hoses so plants are watered automatically without you having to do it by hand. Describe what type of area is involved, so the Runner knows what's needed.
What affects the price of watering?
The price depends partly on how large the area is, what equipment is needed and how long the job takes. Send a request and describe the job, and you'll get bids from Runners who can help you.
Does the RUT deduction apply to watering?
Yes, watering through TaskRunner qualifies for the RUT deduction. This means you pay only 50% of the labour cost yourself. The deduction is applied directly on the invoice.
Is the job insured?
Yes, every job carried out through TaskRunner is insured through If. You can read more about what the insurance covers on our insurance page.
Can I cancel if I change my mind?
Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the job is due to be carried out. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a fee. If the job is booked for the same day, it unfortunately can't be cancelled. If you've hired a Runner but no longer want the help, it's your responsibility to cancel. If we don't hear from you in the chat, a cancellation fee of 199 kr may apply.
