Frequently asked questions

Here are answers to the most common questions before you book.

What does assembling a trampoline involve?

Your Runner puts together the frame, jumping mat and safety net, and checks that everything sits correctly and safely before it's put into use.

Why is it important for the safety net to be checked carefully?

An incorrectly assembled safety net doesn't give the protection it's meant to, especially if there are children who'll be jumping. Your Runner makes sure the net is correctly attached and tensioned according to the manufacturer's instructions before the job is finished.

Does the trampoline need extra anchoring against wind?

It depends on the model and location, but a trampoline standing unsheltered can need extra anchoring into the ground so it doesn't blow away in strong wind. Your Runner can help with that if needed — just describe where the trampoline will stand in your request.

Do I need to be two people to help?

No, you don't need to be. Trampolines are often large and normally require two people to assemble safely, but your Runner makes sure there's enough help on site.

Does the RUT deduction apply to assembling a trampoline?

Yes, assembling a trampoline through TaskRunner qualifies for the RUT deduction. This means you only pay 50% of the labour cost yourself. The deduction is applied directly on the invoice.

Is the job insured?

Yes, all jobs carried out through TaskRunner are insured through If. You can read more about what the insurance covers on our insurance page.

Can I cancel if I change my mind?

Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the job is due to be carried out. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, a fee applies. If the job is booked and due to be carried out the same day, it unfortunately cannot be cancelled. If you have hired a Runner but no longer want the help, it is your responsibility to cancel. If we hear nothing from you in the chat, a cancellation fee of 199 kronor may apply.
