Which MIO furniture can the Runner assemble?
Your Runner can assemble most things from MIO, for example sofas and armchairs, tables and chairs, and wardrobes and chests of drawers. If you can't find your exact piece in the list, choose "Other MIO furniture" and describe what it is.
Do I need to have my own tools?
No, your Runner brings the tools needed for the assembly. All you need ready is the furniture package itself, unpacked or unopened.
Can the Runner assemble sofas and dining sets too?
Yes, it's not just wardrobes and storage. Your Runner also assembles sofas, armchairs, dining tables and chairs according to the manufacturer's instructions, so they sit steady and are correctly assembled from the start.
What happens to the packaging after assembly?
If you'd like to get rid of the packaging, your Runner can help carry it down to the recycling area. Just mention it in your request, so the Runner knows to allow time for it.
Does the RUT deduction apply to MIO assembly?
Yes, MIO assembly through TaskRunner is RUT-eligible. That means you only pay 50% of the labour cost yourself. The deduction is applied directly on the invoice.
Is the job insured?
Yes, every job carried out through TaskRunner is insured through If. You can read more about what the insurance covers on our insurance page.
Can I cancel if I change my mind?
Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the job is due to be carried out. Cancelling or rebooking within 24 hours incurs a fee. If the job is booked for the same day, it unfortunately can't be cancelled. If you've hired a Runner but no longer want the help, it's your responsibility to cancel. If we don't hear from you in the chat, a cancellation fee of 199 kr may apply.
